  • The cattle breeder has to inform the FSO about death or injury of cattle.
  • Type of cattle, details of injury/death, location shall be provided along with application.
  • The application is scrutinized along with Site visit, Map of the incident location and Panchnama (statement of wintnesses) by the FSO and is presented before DCF.
  • After examining application, supporting documents, certificate of veterinary doctor and nature of injury received from FSO, order of compensation is given by the DCF as per the government’s rule.
